Really great little local spot to grab an old fashioned meal.We didn't get our server's name the other day, bit she was great! She took care of all the tables by herself and she's clearly got that down to a science!Google the address, because it's not easy to see from the road. Just a tiny little place in an older strip mall.Give a try!

The food was very good home-style food for sure. Atmosphere was very ordinary. The server was very efficient. She might have been having a bad day, she wasn't in the most friendly of moods. We still appreciated her efficiency and hope that things go better for her!

On a whim we decided to try some place new and this came up. This place epitomizes the small mom and pop restaurant. You know those places that look like little holes in the wall then you go in and the staff is super friendly and likable, the food is amazing, and the portions are large. We loved it. My omelette was big and amazing. My wife absolutely gushed over her liver and onions. And my son’s breakfast burrito was bigger than his head. Lol

Good ole down home cooking. A little pricey , but hey it's pricey everywhere.

East Mesa's best kept secret! Mikey's is an amazing Sunday breakfast option. Given it's low key location, it doesn't get horribly busy. The menu variety is awesome... from standard breakfast to gyro omelets to cherry Belgian waffles. It all tastes great. The staff is very sweet, but limited in size - so if they do get a full house, be patient! It's worth any wait (if there even is one)!

First time here with hubby for breakfast. It was just ok for us. We both order classic eggs and it came with potatoes. Eggs were fine, bacon was ok, the potatoes were dry, unseasoned and not appealing. We had coffee and were offered a refill right after we had only a couple of sips but no more refill offers after that, otherwise the service was alright, not outstanding. We would probably go there again but it’s not on our list of favorites.

This place rocked my breakfast and the atmosphere was welcoming. I thoroughly enjoyed my visit. This business is worthy of your time and money!!

Mickey's is just a good old fashioned cafe. My favorite is breakfast. All of the locals eat here on a regular basis so it has to be good.

Had a great breakfast/lunch at this little place after tubing down the river. It was small, quiet and had a huge menu with great food. Very quick service and friendly staff!

I always get the vege omlete ! I missed the spinach and tomatoes this morning. It was still so good.

As a gluten free eater, I was concerned as always about dining at a family diner. However, our server was knowledgeable about the issues, and the food was great! I'm thankful to have found this great "hole in the wall" out east!

Wonderful place to get a great big breakfast! The food is consistently very, very good. Always served hot and plenty of it! Service is very friendly and attentive. Definitely worth stopping in!

I liked the food and the service. I would call the place cozy and suggest it if you are looking for a good home cooked meal. The prices are good and the portions are large. Our waitress was very nice and it had a family vibe.

Been eating here for over 20 years. Awesome! It's like walking into 1979.

The green beans were ordinary, but the rest of the meal was fantastic. You MUST try the French fries - crisp and hot from the fryer. I got fried cod - excellent. My wife got chicken fried steak. Both were great. Will definitely come again.

It is decent. It's maybe a little overpriced for the quality. You get big portions though. The service, though was very good.

The atmosphere and the staff are wonderful. Their food is too greasy but I keep going back because of the atmosphere and staff.

Overpriced for just okay food.

Arrived seated ourselves. Coffee was horrible, other customers had arrived, they got to order before we did. We were totally forgotten about. Finally got to order 20 minutes later this place is small. The food arrived wasn't bad until we found someone's HAIR in the home fries. No signs for restrooms don't think the place had any. After we found the hair I lost my appetite and couldn't eat 😫. So that's two orders down the drain.Will not ever dare go back to this place.

This our first time eating at Mikey's, the food was amazing and the portions are of old days, our waitress was a sweet as she could be, even the cook was very nice. Thus is our new go to place!! Thank you again for the wonderful service..

It an out of the way place that makes it so good. Friendly staff well prepared food and you get lots for the little you spend.

The pancakes and French toast were a little off. The service was great! We will definitely be back!

Great views, great hamburgers. Expect slow service and long waits to get a table, and a very busy staff. Not much for salads and veggies, but the hamburgers were great.
